Risk Assessment and Management

RA goes beyond the Physical Security Assessment process. Risk assessment is a very systematic process of evaluating potential risks that may be involved in taking a specific course of action. This process can range from a generic risk assessment to site specific assessment and generally addresses qualitative and quantitative issues.   

The risk assessment process at API goes beyond just what in the workplace might cause harm to people or property.  We structure our reports to include an assessment of your policies, procedures and training your folks to them. Sometimes, the management of risk is inadequate training, and we want to ensure that is remedied.
