Investigations and Negotiations

Whether you are a street cop or corporate executive, every day presents opportunities to utilize investigation and negotiation skills. From searching for the facts to successfully concluding an encounter, your skills at interviewing and interrogation, detecting deception, de- escalation tactics, due diligence investigation to surviving in the courtroom and more are all part of this fast paced, interactive training. 

These skills are essential when dealing with complaints of hostile work environments, mergers and acquisitions, toxic employees and difficult clients. For our law enforcement participants, special attention is paid to Constitutional Policing principles, as well as managing critical incidents and media relations. 

The art and science of negotiations is one of the toughest skill sets folks in fast changing environments need to learn, develop and maintain. Our subject matter experts are some of the best in the field and will inspire and build confidence in the participants as they face those calls for service or workplace encounters that require compassion, empathy and strategic thinking to resolve. We’ve even had a few parents tell us they were going try some of these strategies out on their difficult children!
