About Us

Bobby is a retired GS-15, with over 24 years of service with extensive experience in Information Technology Program Management. His depth of knowledge influenced the development, implementation, and sustainment of innovative information technology solutions supporting various Department of Defense (DoD) units and personnel lacking indigenous IT support resources. 

He advised senior leadership and lead execution of large-scale IT modernization and cybersecurity initiatives to deliver secure, cost-effective mission-enabling IT capabilities to achieve mission success and DoD information superiority.  

During his federal service, Bobby served as the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) Program Manager at the Defense Intelligence Agency. As the program manager, he was directly accountable for mission success of a global information system ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of program in support of the Intelligence Community (IC), Federal Departments, and the DoD.  

As a civilian, Bobby served two tours in Afghanistan serving as the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Deputy Knowledge Manager for all Afghanistan, and as the Defense Intelligence Agency AFG-J6, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.  

Bobby’s leadership and expertise was recognized with multiple awards while serving in the Air Force; as a civilian, multiple Secretary of Defense medals in support of Global War on Terrorism, and a rare Commendation from the ISAF Chief of Staff LTG Bavinchove.  

Prior to Bobby’s federal service, he proudly served in the United States Air Force.
